Catalog warnings that tell you why a product isn't selling

A product that isn't live usually has a boring reason: no category, a required attribute left blank, no variants, no default variant. Finding that reason meant opening the product and hunting.

Products, variants and attributes now carry warnings that name the problem directly:

  • No category set on the product.
  • A required attribute with no value.
  • A product with no variant, or no default variant.
  • Attributes that can't be safely changed or deleted because variants depend on them.

Warnings are queryable and filterable, so you can work a list of everything blocked rather than auditing the catalog product by product. Products also expose a simple has warnings flag for sorting the healthy from the unhealthy at a glance.
