Your team probably already has an identity provider. You can now let them use it to reach Traide, instead of maintaining a second set of passwords.

• OpenID Connect login. Staff sign in through your configured provider and land in the dashboard already authenticated.
• Multi-tenant aware. The sign-in redirect is handled by Traide, so the same provider works correctly across marketplaces.
• Sessions behave normally. Token refresh works the same way for SSO sessions as for password sessions — no shorter sessions, no surprise sign-outs.

Ask your Traide representative to enable SSO and connect your provider.
